Wellhouse & Co works alongside your architect and builder from the earliest design phases through final installation, leading every interior decisions with expertise and intention. From floor plan review and architectural coordination to cabinetry, lighting, tile, hardware and finish selections - every detail is considered and presented to you as a complete design at each milestone in your project.

Custom Home + Renovation Design is available on a flat fee or hourly basis, depending on the scope and complexity of your project.
Full Service Interior Furnishings
A fully furnished home - designed completely, sourced intentionally and installed in a single reveal - is one of the most transformative services we offer.
From furniture and lighting to rugs, window treatments, wallpaper, art and every finishing detail, we handle the entire process from first concept through installation day. We begin by listening carefully and establishing a clear design direction together, and then we design, source and present a fully resolved design plan that reflects everything we have learned about how you live and what you love.
This is full service in the truest sense - and its one of our greatest privilege to deliver it.
Full Service Interior Furnishings is completed on a flat fee plus product basis.
Consulting Design
Sometimes what a space needs is not full service - it needs the right expertise applied to the right decisions.
Consulting Design is for clients who want focused, expert guidance on a specific design challenge - a room that isn’t working, a home they want to furnish themselves, or a project where they simply want a trusted design partner in their corner. We listen carefully, assess the space, and deliver clear and specific recommendations that are actionable from day one.
Every consulting engagement is scoped individually and billed hourly, so you get exactly the level of involvement you need.

Every Wellhouse project follows a structured, sequenced process - one that is detailed enough to deliver exceptional results and personal enough that the experience feels like a true partnership. We begin by listening. We design with intention and care. And we stay with your from first conversation to final installation.

Every project begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your family, how you live, what you love and what your are hoping to create. From there we develop a complete Design Intent for your review - a fully considered design direction that establishes the vision for your project before any selections are made. This is your opportunity to shape the direction, ask questions, and ensure we are aligned before the work begins.

With direction established, we get to work. For custom home and renovation clients, we develop and present a series of carefully sequenced design packages - each one a complete set of selections delivered at the right moment in your construction timeline. For furnishings clients, we source and develop a full room-by-room design plan presented as a cohesive whole. At every stage, selections are presented in person, decisions are made together, and nothing moves forward without your approval.

Once your design is approved, we handle every detail of procurement and installation - ordering, tracking, vendor coordination and delivery. For custom home and renovation clients, we stay actively engaged through construction, attending site visits and managing design decisions as they arise. For furnishings clients, the process culminates in installation day - when every piece is placed and your home is revealed to you as a beautiful, finished space.
