We believe a well-designed home does more than look beautiful - it restores. Its gives your family space to breathe, to gather, and to thrive for generations.

At Wellhouse & Co, design is always about people first. We listen deeply, design with intention and execute with the precision that every home deserves. Our process is designer-led and client-informed - we bring a complete vision to every project, present it at key milestones, and make sure your vision shapes the outcome at every stage. From first concept to final installation, every decision is guided by expertise, creativity and care.

This is not work we take lightly. Every project is a privilege and we treat it that way.

“We are so grateful for your vision and guidance. Wellhouse has elevated our project to the next level.”

Meet The Team

  • Kim grew up watching her parents build custom homes and grow a real estate development business in Northern Virginia - which means she has been thinking about how homes are designed, built and lived in for most of her life.

After earning an accounting degree from James Madison University and spending eight years as a CPA in public accounting, she pivoted to the work she had always been called to. She founded Wellhouse & Co in 2018 with a clear mission - design that restores - and has spent the years since building a studio and team that executes the mission on every project.

Today Kim serves as the creative director and visionary behind Wellhouse. She leads architectural design and coordination with builders and architects at the start of each project, and elevates every home with creative ideas and details. Her instinct is always to push the design further and her team knows it. Beyond the studio, she founded Gather + Inspire, a designer community in the Washtington, DC area that brings designers together regularly for connection, conversation and creative growth.

She lives on 25 acres in Centreville, Virginia with her husband Jay, their children and her dog Bentley. When she’s not on a job site or searching for the perfect art piece, you’ll find her hosting gatherings, playing games or somewhere outdoors with a coffee in hand.

  • Jarrett and Kim have been friends, neighbors, and collaborators for over a decade - which means the trust they bring to every project runs deep.

Jarrett graduated from Virginia Tech with a double major in finance and management and spent five years at Ralph Lauren in New York City, where she developed a sophisticated eye for craft, detail and the kind of design that endures. Since joining Wellhouse in 2019 she has grown into the operational heart of the studio - leading process, developing the team and making sure every client is seen, known and served with the highest level of care.

Jarrett lives in Clifton, Virginia with her husband Brian, their children and her dog Sampson. She loves good books, new adventures, strong coffee and can usually be found with a podcast playing somewhere in the background.

  • Amy has been drawing floor plans since she was 14 - which tells you everything you need to know about how she ended up here. Watching her parents transform spaces through design gave her an early appreciation for what thoughtful design can do to a home and the people who live in it.

A graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Interior Design, Amy joined Wellhouse nearly three years ago and has grown into one of the most talented designers on the team - equally exceptional in technical precision and creative vision. That combination is rare, and it shows in every project she touches.

Amy lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Ryan. When she’s not drawing in CAD or deep in a sourcing search, you’ll find her disc golfing, swing dancing or hunting for vintage furniture in antique stores.

  • Patricia came to design by way of a remarkable journey - born in Brazil, where she studied law, before accepting a scholarship to the United States to earn her degree in Political Science and International Relations. What followed was a life built around service, community, and a growing conviction that beautiful spaces matter deeply to the people who inhabit them.

Four years into her career at Wellhouse, Patricia has become a technically precise and creatively distinctive member of the design team. Her design sensibility is rooted in soft, neutral modern spaces layered with warm woods, rich textures and unexpected materials.

Patricia and her husband Michael have spent much of their marriage serving their community and the non-profit they founded in Brazil, Open Arms Worldwide. She three grown, world-traveling children and when she finds a few minutes to herself, she can be found hiking, kayaking or paddle boarding - always with family or friends nearby.

  • Hayan’s path to Wellhouse moved through economics, even planning, and years of raising a family - each chapter building the instincts and discipline that make her exceptional at what she does today.

A native of Seoul, South Korea and a graduate of George Mason University, Hayan joined Wellhouse three years agao and has become indispensable to the studio’s operations. She has a refined eye for design and brings a genuine ease and joy to our client projects. She also oversees all procurement, installation, staging, and styling and manages vendor relationships with the care and precision that keeps every project running beautifully.

Hayan lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Tim - her high school sweetheart - and their three children. She loves long walks, live music and good food shared with people she loves. She also makes exceptional sushi rolls, which the Wellhouse team with confirm without hesitation.
